  MY daughter has not made a final decision yet, however I was pleasantly surprised at the high energy and excitement that the ambience of this store brought to life. We had Naomi and she couldn't have been more warm and knowledgeable, patient and non pressured. I had the feeling that the people that worked with the brides were genuine and worked as a team. It did have a busy atmosphere but the area is spacious and every bride worked one on one with a consultant.

  Let me start by saying that the staff here, or at least those that I encountered, were really wonderful, helpful and professional. The attendant who helped me out was really great at her job and you could tell by the way she made adjustments on the dresses I tried, that she is a skilled tailor with fashion training. She is worth 5 stars on her own, but unfortunately, her expertise was hindered by the limitations of the store. The store is small and you're kind of on top of the other brides; the mirrors and pedestals are all in one area and they're pretty close together. It takes away from the experience. The selection is small and expensive, with a budget of $3.5k, I had very few options to try. The sizes are also small, one of the dresses I tried was a runway size from a trunk show... not surprisingly I couldn't get it all the way on. I'm a size 6 (in regular clothes) and 75% of the dresses had to be left open in the back, which is kind of depressing when you're trying to choose something that is going to make you look your most beautiful. Bottom line, I left this place feeling really disappointed and discouraged. I absolutely would not recommend that you go here unless you are looking for something specific that you know that they carry. I agree with others who say that they should let you know ahead of time that they only accommodate certain sizes. It's definitely a kick to the self esteem, even though for me it was one dress that didn't fit, it didn't feel good. I wouldn't have wasted my time going to this salon had I bothered to look at the reviews before booking my appointment.

  First off, I just want to say how beautiful the selection is! I have not yet bought my dress but I am stuck between two! Second off, I want to say how wonderful and caring Naomi is! We went around the salon picking out as many dresses as I wanted and on top of that she pulled a gorgeous gown for me which I am stuck on! She is a true sweetheart who is willing to go above and beyond for you to feel special! Thank you so much for having patience and giving me your time!!
